This hotel lies in a large commercial district, approximately 500 m from the beach and from the maritime station of Denia, and only around 100 m from its monumental fort. The town and tourist centre, with numerous restaurants and bars, is a 5-minute walk away.||This newly constructed city hotel was inaugurated in 2005. It comprises a total of 46 rooms, of which 41 are double and 5 are single rooms. This hotel welcomes guests into a lobby area with 24-hour reception service. Guests are also offered a TV lounge, a complimentary coffee shop, as well as a snack bar. It is also possible to take advantage of the laundry service (additional fees apply). The hotel has covered parking spaces for which an additional fee is to be paid at the hotel.||All rooms come with individually adjustable air conditioning, a TV, telephone, complimentary Internet access, air conditioning and heating, and a private bathroom.||Sun loungers and parasols are on offer on the beach for an additional fee. The nearest golf course is about 8 km away.||Breakfast is offered every morning to hotel guests. It is possible to book a bed and breakfast stay.||From Valencia or Alicante: take the A-7 motorway for 100 km and then take exit number 62 (Denia - Ondara- Xabia).
