This bed and breakfast is conveniently located near the Coliseum and some of the most important city churches offering guests a pleasant stay in a historical, elegant and commercial district in the heart of Rome. It is situated just 1km from the San Giovanni basilica. This accommodation is well linked to the whole city, within walking distance to the metro station and 5 minutes by bus to Termini Station (which has a line to Fiumicino Airport). The hotel is happy to arrange transport to Ciampino Airport and make dinner reservations. In a fresh and charming environment, this sunny and comfortable apartment offers private rooms. In the accommodation guests will find tea and coffee making facilities, cable TV, kitchen and access to the internet. The guest rooms are simply furnished and clean. Guest rooms share a tiled bathroom. Double and triple rooms are available.Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details. A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. As of January 1st 2011, the Municipal Council of Rome has introduced a room occupancy tax in the amount of maximum EUR 3.00 per person per night – applicable for maximum 10 days. Starting from September 1st, 2014 the amount has been increased up to EUR 7.00 per person per night (depending on the accommodation type and star rating). Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment. The fee will be asked of anyone staying in overnight accommodation inside Rome’s boundaries at the end of each stay.
