This ambitious project includes the transformation of "Comfort" category rooms into "Superior" rooms, the creation of a new and exclusive Excellence Lounge, and the aesthetic renovation of the corridors on the guest floors **

Cancellation Policy

o If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
o If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
o If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
o If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Cancellation policy (Christmas&Easter period)

  • If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, no penalty; 
  • If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty;
  • If the booking is cancelled with 7 days  before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Early Booking Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty
If the booking is cancelled with 15 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
