The Ivi Mare is a new luxury 5 star hotel - designed for Adults with modern contemporary design, opened in May 2019. It is a seafront hotel, 12km from Paphos airport and half an hour stroll from the Medieval Castle of Paphos. The Ivi Mare offers superior rooms and suites with outdoor jacuzzi. At the hotel, all superior rooms and suites are equipped with a balcony, private bathroom with a bath or shower, while many rooms include front sea views. At The Ivi Mare each room is equipped with a mini bar, safe free of charge, Nespresso machine, tea & coffee making facilities, bathrobes and slippers and ironing set. The Ivi Mare operates on the basis of Bed & Breakfast, Half-Board and Premium All-Inclusive. The hotel’s facilities include the largest outdoor pool in Paphos with a size of 750 sq.m, including a 10-seated jacuzzi, an indoor pool, a spa, featuring fitness room, sauna, steam room, massage services etc. Cyprus Green Tax / Overnight Hotel Levy Effective 2026 an overnight hotel levy will apply and will be payable directly at the hotel upon departure of the guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and is mandated by the Cypriot government for all guests.
