Sports enthusiasts may try out water aerobics, table tennis (charges apply), aerobics, a gym, volleyball, road or mountain biking, boccia and gymnastics. Billiards may also be played and there is an entertainment programme for children, and in July and August for adults - Slow Travel Program, with the philosophy of travel without haste and savoring the moment, relax and wellness activities. Evening entertainment 6 times a week. Water and land-based sports are on offer on Malgrat de Mar beach as well as in the 2 water parks, which lie 1 km and 15 km from the hotel respectively.
