o If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

o If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, no penalty;

o If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 75% of the total amount as a penalty;

o If the booking is cancelled between 4 and the day of the arrival the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

o If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
