The Apart-Hotel is located in front of the Luis Campomanes port. Just opposite the sea and pebble beach, near to the towns of Calpe and Benidorm. Also located only 10 minutes by car from the residential town of Altea full of traditional charm.||Is a charming and quiet apartment complex located by the beach and offering wonderful sea views. All the apartments are fully equipped and for a maximum of 5 persons. Free access to the outdoor pool of the complex.|Is located at the core of the Costa Blanca, an area well-known for its typical mediterraean landscapes and the famous sea resorts of Calpe and Benidorm, located just 20 minutes away by car.|||An en suite bathroom, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating as well as a balcony or terrace are provided in all accommodation units as standard.||The apart-hotel has a swimming pool available for guests. In the port of Luis Campomanes one can hire sailing and motor boats. There is also a diving centre and a sailing school.||From the motorway AP7 take the exit 14 \"Altea/Calpe\" and continue in direction Calpe via the N332 highway. After passing a large church, continue and on the right there is a small road that indicates the \"Campomanes\" port, follow this for approximately 2kms. The apartment complex has a large glass front and can be found at the shore edge, just before the sports port.
