Shop, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 200 m, shingle beach 1.5 km. Please note: no lift. View of the sea and the harbour. 3-room apartment 48 m2 on 1st floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room 15 m2. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sliding door with 1 french bed and hip bath/WC. 1 room with sliding door, without window with 1 bed. Kitchen (3 hot plates) with boiler (50 litres). View of the sea and the port. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The single bedroom has ventilation despite not having a window. 35 litre boiler. Mandatory Fees paid on arrival: Breakage deposit in cash - 200.00 EUR fixed price Local tax (16 +) - 1.10 EUR per person/day
